We need to end the role of industrial meat in deforestation and climate change, and challenge companies to drop forest destroyers from their supply chains and replace meat and dairy products with plant-based options that don’t cost the earth. How to help protect forests

Monster, the new Greenpeace animation, might feel familiar. That’s because it’s the sequel to Rang-Tan which highlighted the role of palm oil in deforestation. The performance at 5pm on 19th December is a SEN performance with smaller audience numbers (limited at 50% capacity) and unreserved seating, so you’re free to sit wherever you like. Noise levels will be reduced and the house lights will remain partially on throughout. You’re free to enter and exit the auditorium if you need to during the performance, and a quiet space will be available outside of the auditorium. Industrially produced meat is the world’s largest cause of deforestation. Meat is big business, and companies are producing it on a scale that our planet simply can’t sustain. But if we switched to a more plant-based diet, we’d need a lot less land to grow our food. Tom Fletcher said, “I’m so excited to see 'There's a Monster In Your Book,' come to life on stage! The whole journey is incredibly exciting and I can’t wait to get to rehearsals to meet the puppets. Theatre is such an important way to introduce children to the arts and ‘There’s a Monster In Your Show’ is the perfect first theatre trip for pre-schoolers and their families. I’m so looking forward to seeing their reactions first-hand."Unfortunately the following performances of ‘There’s a Monster in Your Christmas Show’ have been cancelled: Now, with Little Guy, it's important that any 'monsters' have 'nice' faces and be 'not scary'. Greg Abbot's illustration of Tom's monster was approved by Little Guy, so Gramma started to read.... His Panto and Christmas Show Credits: PC Pong in 'Aladdin' (Regent Theatre Ipswich/Carlisle Sands Centre), Santa Claus in 'Santa and the Christmas Adventure' (Epsom Playhouse, Watford Colosseum, Wimbledon Theatre) Gawp (Puppeteer and voice) in 'Beauty and The Beast' (Camberley Theatre), Man Friday in 'Robinson Crusoe' (Leatherhead Theatre and The Winter Gardens Margate)
