If you're sick of self help books from people that talk a load of nonsense you can't get your head around, or feel like you can't relate to as its wrote like we are living in the 1950's, I urge you to purchase this book.Everything he says is true, but so many of us either do not want to or are not able to hear such hard words. Does he solve all your problems "heck no" but he just may change the way you view yourself, the people you keep around you and challenge your view on life itself. blah blah had left me rediscovering myself and healing from past traumas and crikey (yeah that's a word we don't use anymore but I'm trying to be polite) was I fed up with the pity party advice,quotes and inspirational poop that just kept the mind on a negative plane. In one evening I got to page 43 for someone who doesn't enjoy reading I clearly couldn't put this one down, I can't actually wait to get in bed tonight and read more of his never before spoken truer words.

After seeing Adam’s insta page I knew this would be a book I’d read again and again and it didn’t disappoint lots of curse words and lots of spiritual things inside which I’d used myself and put myself into it as the person in the book. Right from the start its so gripping, making you question your ways of thinking, your behaviours and most importantly how you view yourself and the world.
