Complete rip off- they do nothing and provide no protection. I saw theses bracelets advertised on Facebook and thought why not give them a try as I always get bad reactions to bites. Having used these on numerous camping and outdoor trips throughout the summer I have been very impressed and bite free. It's been a nightmare being bitten by bugs in the garden or when going for walks. They wouldn't leave me alone! Now I always wear the bracelets and dont have to face those bugs"

All dealing with this company were also great- amazing combination of great products and great customer service Amazing products, I have both bracelet styles and spray. Last year I was hospitalised due to the severe allergic reaction I have from mosquitoes bites…..currently in Spain and I wear the bracelets and add a little extra of spray at night (even wear them in bed), been in the sea and I have no bites….they are fabulous products which are making my holiday fantastic. Many thanks to Pestects x I really wanted this product to work but sadly from day 1, my husband is covered in bites. They are basically citronella soaked bracelets. My husband can literally cover himself in insect repellant and they land on him as he applies it. I usually have a few bites so I thought at least they might work for me. Literally have a bite just above the ankle bracelet. Sorry but no good. I can’t speak highly enough of this product and have already recommended it to anyone who would listen and the family group we went with all want to use them in future. Currently in Crete feeling very itchy and sore on both legs and arms. I must have at least 20 bites despite wearing on both ankles and wrists.I had one bite on the last night - the blue bracelet I wore on the ankle had a lot of colour bleed from the sea and shower ( non of the other colours bled ) and I wonder if that lessened their effectiveness as that was where I got my solo bite. I was expecting miracles. I wore one on each wrist and one on each ankle. Corfu in September, mosquito are many and I get bitten alot. Like other reviewers have mentioned, I think Pestects are removing the negative comments from social media. I currently have 12 bites and counting, maybe without them I'd have more, who knows ?? I'd say don't take the risk and save your money. I stupidly relied on Facebook comments which are clearly heavily edited. I bought the bands for a trip to Japan. Put one on my ankle and one on my wrist when I arrived at the airport and by the time I reached my hotel, I had a bite on the ankle, one on my foot and three on my elbow.

I switched to bug spray and got no more bites until the last day when I ran out. Popped a couple of bands on again while I found a drug store and got two more bites just in time for my flight home. I would not recommend these at all.I bought these hoping they'd let me have a bite free holiday in Corfu... Unfortunately they didn't work for me. I have tried wearing on wrists, both ankles and changing every day. Both legs are covered in bites, a few on my torso and arms. I certainly won't be buying these for any future holidays. 😢 Bought these as I normally get bitten to death, I had them on my ankles and wrists even tho it said you only needed one on and that they lasted days, I changed mine every day and got eaten alive! Not only that the colour comes off them and stains your clothes towels and bedding. I’ve tried putting this review on social media but always disappears! Absolute waste of money! Got bitten that bad that my eyes started closing and puffed right up and the bites went into blister type spots!

With the help of mother natures finest natural plant oils - Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Citronella and Lemongrass. We bought these a few weeks before our holiday to South Africa this year (2023) in particular for our safari to Kruger National Park. Have to say they worked brilliantly as both my wife and I remained bite free for the whole of the 5 days on safari and the 3 weeks we was travelling around various areas of South Africa. Would recommend these without hesitation. Great product that looks and smell wonderful 👍 I originally bought Pestects bands for a trip to Zimbabwe Dec 22, as we were off to a malaria area and bugs love to chomp on me. While I did get a few bits it was nothing compared to previous experiences, and the rest of the family felt the same.I bought Pestects bracelets for a holiday to Greece. My daughter wore one everyday, including in the pool and didn’t get one bite. My husband didn’t wear one and had lots of bites! We were travelling with friends who started wearing the bracelets mid holiday after they had been bitten and after wearing them they didn’t get bitten again I am the person who gets eaten every holiday and ends up hobbling to the pharmacy for heavy duty bite creams !

these small bands are the best as not one bite on us plus we noticed lots of people hitting annoying flies away but they never bothered us . I told so many people about how these really attractive bands had worked . So many people had bites but we had nothing and with no effort of spraying etc just attach the band and enjoy holiday Unfortunately didn’t work at all for either myself or my daughter. No awful smell and no covering the kids in harsh chemicals. I will 100% buy these in future without hesitation!Was unsure if these would work because the only thing that usually works for me is jungle formula maximum - so glad I bought them though. Heard about this product through social media and thought can this be true as there are so many fake products and scams around and it made me a bit weary. However, I decided to try it anyway as my partner had sprays in case it didn’t work. The colour has run on to the hotels white towels. I am embarrassed each time when putting them out for the cleaners it’s so bad.
