The generic Eurovision logo was originally designed by the London-based agency JM Enternational in 2004 and was updated in 2015 by Storytegic. The result of the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final will be decided by juries and viewers watching at home. Votes will come from a jury of five music professionals in each of the 37 countries taking part as well as from the audience, which for the first time will include non-competing ‘rest of the world’ countries. Over the last few days, we've seen everything from stunning performances to incredible outfits and dancing in the street. Fans have come together at the M&S Bank Arena, in the EuroVillage, at St George's Hall and around the city to get their Eurovision fix. Whether you are watching in the company of real live guests or just virtual ones they are sure to be impressed with your party spirit. This Eurovision 2023 Flag Bunting is wonderful for brightening up your walls and creating a fun atmosphere.Performers on the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2023. These live performances, with their twists on iconic Eurovision moments and countless creative collaborations, will ensure that we’re in for an utterly unforgettable Grand Final! — Kate Phillips, BBC Director of Unscripted The merchandise has been made by Banner Bags which specialises in helping organisations upcycle marketing assets. Big hats. Ludicrous costumes. An ornate stage set. Specially composed music. Lots of people waving flags. Yes, that was me live blogging the coronation last Saturday. But tonight it really is the jewel in the crown of the music calendar – the grand final of the Eurovision song contest. This year it is coming to you from Liverpool on behalf of Ukraine and, in the specific case of this live blog, from Walthamstow.

The design is a partnership between two agencies: Superunion in the U.K. and Starlight Creative in Ukraine. From the go, the slogan spelled out exactly what could be expect from the 2023 event: 'United By Music'.Taking to the stage for the first semi final, one of Eurovision's official hosts for 2023, Julia Sanina, will be performing Маяк, a single she originally released with her band The Hardkiss in her native Ukraine. We wanted to make it a fair process and thanks to our great partnership with the BBC, it made sense to make sure all the money raised goes to BBC Children in Need who fund fantastic charity work across the City Region. The final interval act The Liverpool Songbook, is a celebration of the host city’s incredible contribution to the world of pop music. The BBC have brought together six iconic past Eurovision acts – Israel's Netta, Italy's Mahmood, Iceland's Daði Freyr, Duncan Laurence from the Netherlands, Sweden's Cornelia Jakobs and Liverpool's very own Sonia, celebrating 30 years since she came second at Eurovision in 1993.

The slogan is 'United By Music' demonstrating the unique partnership between the United Kingdom, Ukraine and Host City Liverpool to bring the Eurovision Song Contest to audiences across the globe and the incredible power of music to bring communities together. It also reflects the very origins of the Contest, developed to bring Europe closer together through a shared television experience across different countries. The Semi-Final Allocation Draw and Host City Insignia will take place on 31 January at 7 pm (GMT) at St George’s Hall. The hosts - British television presenter AJ Odudu and TV personality Rylan - will receive help from pupils of a local Liverpool school and Ukrainians in the city, who have come to the country due to the ongoing conflict. The Contest was produced in the United Kingdom by the BBC on behalf of Ukraine when it became clear that Ukrainian broadcaster UA:PBC would be unable to host due to the ongoing war in their country.

Global superstar Rita Ora, Ukrainian singer Alyosha and Liverpool’s very own critically-acclaimed singer-songwriter, Rebecca Ferguson will all perform at the interval. The show starts at 8pm BST, and will be hosted by Graham Norton, Julia Sanina, Alesha Dixon and Eurovision goddess Hannah Waddingham. It will feature 26 acts vying for the title. Sweden’s Loreen is hotly tipped to win, but Finland’s Käärijä, Israel’s Noa Kirel, and Noway’s Alessandra might have other plans. The Liverpool 2023 team has announced that banners and flags with Eurovision 2023 host city branding, have become must-have memorabilia for tote bag collectors with proceeds going towards the BBC charity telethon Children In Need to support young people in Liverpool Banners and flags to become exclusive Eurovision bags Heart-flags of full member of the EBU (with some exceptions) countries that already participated in the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC), Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC), Eurovision Young Dancers (EYD), Eurovision Young Musicians (EYM), Eurovision Dance Contest (EDC), Eurovision Choir (of the Year) (EC), and Eurovision Magic Circus Show (EMCS) at least once. When visitors arrived in Liverpool in April and May they knew without a doubt that there had been a Eurovision takeover as the branding was everywhere!

As we're now at the mid-week point of Eurovision 2023, here are 65 stand-out photos showing all the Eurovision fun we've spotted in the city so far.During the show, UK audiences will be able to vote for who they want to see go through to the Grand Final.
